Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Most of the Gift Cards sold by Nepal Gift Cards are exempt from being returned. We do not provide refunds to Gift Cards other than Visa or MasterCard Gift Card.

Visa Card or MasterCard Gift Card

  • 100% refund is processed if Prezzy Visa Gift Card or Bonfire Mastercard Gift Card gets rejected at or accordingly.
  • No to 50% refund at maximum may be processed if Prezzy Visa Gift Card gets rejected at other sites.
  • Taking Facebook Advertising as a reference, 100% refund is processed if Visa or MasterCard gets rejected at Facebook.
  • The base cards once sold are otherwise not eligible for refunds.
  • The funds in your Visa or Mastercard is, however, eligible for refunds up to 85% of payment for a load.
  • To be eligible for a return, your Visa & MasterCard Gift Card must be unused and the balance should be as it was while being sold.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your eSewa account within a certain amount of days.
  • Refunds are processed to the orders that are paid via eSewa only.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same card, send us an email at
